Don't ... it's a scam! They pose as a Godaddy company then transfer you to a registrar that is loaded with scam reports. They do not respond to your email responses. Took me for $100.00

Purchase fine and straightforward.
Eventually required phone support to transfer to GODADDY. 1st person said couldn’t help - would have to do it online myself. 2nd person some days later was very polite and knowledgable - completed transfer in 5 mins.👍

Would not buy again; not knowledgeable!
Paid $100 for a domain that will expire in 4 mos., which was not disclosed (live and learn).
They provided incorrect, wrong information on the transfer procedure, and took almost a month to complete. You'd think they would know. Will not use again.

Only the registrar, where you now currently manage the domain can facilitate this.
As the marketplace, our objective is to ensure that the handling of the domain transfer is done in a safe and secure way and that the ownership of the domain is transferred to you.

we suffered cybersquatting: someone registered a domain, we have registered a trademark for, they asked 5.000 $ for have it back. We wrote several times, but no one ever replied.

Forced use of Dynadot
I was not given the chance to select the registar of my choice. The domain I purchased was put into Dynadot automatically, forcing me to create an account with them and waiting 60 days to transfer it out.

As we are a domain name marketplace (facilitator) only we do not always know in advance if a domain name has a transfer lock or not. Only when a domain owner delivers the domain to us after a sale takes place, can we determine the final transfer options for you. As such, we cannot always communicate any such limitations beforehand.

It was a very smooth simple process to get a domain name transferred to me that I purchased. I would definitely use dan.com again.

Fast delivery, great communication
The domain was delivered to us very quickly. Within 24 hours, everything was transferred to us. During the process we were informed multiple times on progress. Very helpful. And since it was the first time we did this, it also gave us more confidence in Dan.com.

Poor support
Poor support, oversecure system that doesn't work, don't get the emails, avoid if you can, paid for a domain and no number to contact! If you are thinking about selling, use something else! If you have to buy, make sure you use your credit card so you are protected! Many users will simply not be able to buy a domain due to the complexity and email links that don't come through potentially senders buyers elsewhere to buy a similar domain name.

We are sorry to see you have experienced it this way. We are know in the market for being a low barrier platform and do not even require you to set up an account in order to buy a domain name. As such, in order to open instructions you simply click on a button that we email to you. The security that is tied to your buyer control panel only requires you to use the email that was used to purchase the domain. If you are using a different network the system sends a new email with a code to access the buyer control panel in order to ensure no one else can get access to it. Nothing besides this is required from you to access the instructions. I have checked our email client and found that all emails have been delivered in full. However, it could happen that an email ends up in ones junk/spam folder.

Not sure how the URL came up as I’ve been looking at it for years, but when it came up for a reasonable price with dan.com, I grabbed it. I was still skeptical, but when it showed up being transferred into my GoDaddy account and worked, I was so grateful. These guys are no nonsense and I’m so happy

Domain purchase
I bought an .eu domain name from dan.com. Pre-sales support was great: they answered all my additional questions regarding taxes and invoices and also removed all my doubts. The whole process went thru exactly as explained on the dan.com web pages. DAN received my payment per SEPA the next day and the transfer code was received immediately after that. A few minutes later I successfully transferred the domain to my Registrar. Great experience!

I bought a domain name from Dan.com and everything went smoothly. I registered the name with web.com and Dan.com did it's part flawlessly. It took a few days, as the transaction began over Christmas break, but everything about this was safe and secure.

website will take decade to load after you click on "login". what else you can expect which don't even login properly?
their hosting? worst you can ever get.
Their support, same solution, "clear the cache/change the browser"
